David Boreanaz's Rep: 'There Is No Validity To This Lawsuit'

starpulse.com - A representative for David Boreanaz has hit back at allegations the actor sexually harassed an extra on his hit TV show Bones - calling the lurid story "totally fabricated and absurd."

Actress Kristina Hagan has filed suit against the former Buffy The Vampire Slayer star alleging he made a series of unwanted sexual advances towards her last year while they worked on the program together. She claims Boreanaz's alleged bad behavior included sending "inappropriate text messages," masturbating in front of her and attempting to "kiss her and touch her breasts."

Hagan claims she suffered "emotional and psychological distress" as well as lost earnings as a result of the alleged incidents involving the actor. However, Boreanaz's representative is adamant Hagan's lawsuit is completely without merit.

A statement released to Access Hollywood reads, "The allegations concerning any alleged inappropriate conduct by David Boreanaz are totally fabricated and absurd. There is no validity to this lawsuit."

The actor is currently undergoing counseling sessions with his wife Jaime Bergman in a bid to save their marriage after he recently confessed to an affair.
