Hilary Duff’s Husband Gets Sued
Hilary Duff’s husband is being sued!! According to TMZ Mike Comrie hasn’t made payments on his $165,000 Mercedes-Benz car. Hey to the now. That’s an expensive car!!
Mike bought the car in 2008 but has YET to make a single payment.
Legal documents filed at Los Angeles County Superior Court and obtained by gossip website TMZ.com, state the finance company has tried to repossess the car but the 30-year-old sportsman has “refused to allow Plaintiff possession”.Mike has no comment.
The finance company is now demanding Mike pay off the $103,398.57 owed on the contract as well as extra costs incurred.
Wonder if Hilary will step in and pay off his debt?
